Position: Senior Administration / Operations Executive
Experience: Retired Bank Employee - 15+ Years of Banking Experience
Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate, preferably with banking or finance background
We are looking for a responsible, experienced and disciplined retired bank professional to support the day-to-day administration, banking and operational activities of our jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day banking and financial coordination with banks and financial institutions.
- Coordinate with management and external consultants.
- Monitor bank transactions, deposits, withdrawals, transfers and reconciliation.
- Assist in cash management and banking-related documentation.
- Maintain and verify financial and administrative records.
- Support management in preparing reports, statements and MIS.
- Coordinate with banks regarding account-related matters, documentation and correspondence.
- Assist in monitoring receivables, payments and other financial transactions.
- Verify invoices, supporting documents and payment requests.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial, banking and business information.
- Assist with internal controls and ensure proper documentation of transactions.
- Support management in identifying operational or financial discrepancies.
- Coordinate with various departments and ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Handle other banking, administrative and operational responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements:
- Retired Bank Officer / Bank Manager / Senior Bank Employee preferred.
- Graduate / Postgraduate qualification.
- Strong understanding of banking, accounts, financial transactions and documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness and confidentiality.
- Ability to coordinate independently with banks, vendors, consultants and employees.
- Experience in handling financial transactions and administrative responsibilities.
- Candidates with experience in cash management, branch operations, credit, accounts or audit will be preferred.

We are looking for a disciplined, responsible and experienced retired defence professional to oversee administration, security, operational discipline and coordination activities for our jewellery business.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day security and administrative operations of the jewellery business.
- Ensure proper security procedures are followed by employees and security personnel.
- Monitor entry and exit of employees, visitors, vendors and other authorized personnel.
- Supervise opening and closing procedures of the premises.
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate with security agencies when required.
- Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with company rules and procedures.
- Coordinate with management and employees on operational and administrative matters.
- Supervise security guards and ensure proper deployment and attendance.
- Conduct regular checks of premises, security systems and safety arrangements.
- Assist in developing and implementing security SOPs and emergency procedures.
- Handle security incidents,
emergencies and escalations in a calm and professional manner.
- Coordinate with police, local authorities and emergency services when required.
- Maintain records of security incidents, visitor movements and other relevant documentation.
- Assist management in identifying operational and security risks.

Requirements:
- Retired Defence Personnel from Army, Navy, Air Force or other recognized defence services preferred.
- Candidates with experience at JCO / equivalent or senior level will be preferred.

- Experience in security, administration, personnel management or operations preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage security personnel and coordinate with employees and management.
- Sound understanding of security protocols and emergency management.
- Physically fit and capable of supervising security and operational activities.
