We are looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive for leading jewellery retail showroom at bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling and sales skills, a professional personality, and a passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery.
- Explain gold purity, diamonds, gemstones, pricing, making charges, offers, and other product details.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Handle walk-in customers, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer relationships.
- Upsell and cross-sell jewellery products.
- Maintain proper jewellery display and follow showroom security procedures.
- Coordinate with billing, inventory, and store management teams.
- Maintain customer records and generate repeat business.
- Ensure a professional and pleasant customer experience.

Requirements:





- Previous experience in jewellery retail/sales is preferred.
- Candidates from retail, luxury retail, fashion, lifestyle, or premium customer-service backgrounds may also be considered.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge.
- Willingness to learn jewellery products and industry practices.
