Job Summary:
We are hiring Brand Promoters / Retail Sales Executives for a leading fashion retail brand in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have relevant experience in retail sales, preferably within the fashion, apparel, lifestyle, or premium retail segment. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an excellent in-store customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their requirements.
- Promote the brand, products, offers, and ongoing promotions.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
- Maintain proper product display and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure the sales counter/store area is clean and well-maintained.
- Support stock management and other day-to-day retail activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow company policies, sales processes, and store guidelines.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in Retail Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Fashion Retail / Apparel / Lifestyle / Premium Retail is preferred.
- Experience as a Brand Promoter or Counter Sales Executive will be considered.
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or above.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer-handling and selling skills.
- Presentable personality with a customer-focused approach.
- Candidates with relevant fashion retail experience will be preferred.
