Hospitality Management Executive

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily hospitality operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.

- Assist customers and provide a friendly and qualified service experience.

- Handle customer queries and resolve basic service-related issues.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper presentation of the outlet.

- Coordinate with staff members to ensure efficient daily operations.

- Support order handling, billing, and customer service activities as required.

- Monitor availability of products and inform the concerned team about stock requirements.

- Ensure company standards and operational procedures are followed.

- Assist in maintaining proper records and daily operational activities.





- Support the team during busy hours and ensure timely service.

- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly environment.
