We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to support grant management, budgeting, donor compliance, financial tracking, audits, and fundraising operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Grant budgeting, utilisation tracking & financial reporting
- Donor due diligence and compliance documentation
- FCRA, 80G, 12A & CSR-related documentation
- Audit coordination and donor reporting support
- Donor/CRM data management, preferably Zoho CRM
- Coordination with Finance, Programme & Resource Mobilisation teams
Requirements
Degree in Finance, Accounting, CFA, Social Work or relevant field
3+ years of experience in the social/development sector
Strong knowledge of budgeting, grant utilisation & compliance
Knowledge of FCRA and donor regulations
