We are looking for a motivated Field Executive – Recovery to handle field-level recovery of overdue Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) EMIs. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, following up on overdue payments, resolving payment-related issues, and ensuring timely EMI collections while maintaining qualified customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field visits to customers with overdue HL/LAP EMIs.

Follow up with customers for timely payment of outstanding EMIs.

Explain overdue amounts, payment schedules, and applicable charges to customers.

Identify reasons for payment delays and negotiate realistic repayment commitments.

Achieve assigned monthly recovery and collection targets.





Maintain regular follow-up on committed payment dates.

Handle delinquent and overdue accounts as per company recovery policies.

Submit daily field visit reports and collection updates to the reporting manager.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, commitments, and payments.

Coordinate with the branch/collection team for difficult or high-risk accounts.

Ensure all recovery activities are conducted professionally and in compliance with applicable company policies and regulations.

Assist in identifying potential cases requiring further escalation.
