Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy enterprise BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.
- Consume and model data from SAP BW on HANA sources including ADSOs, Composite Providers, BEx Queries, InfoProviders, and Open ODS Views.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, governed reporting solutions.
- Develop and optimize datasets, dataflows, data models, and reporting pipelines.
- Implement Power BI best practices including DAX development, row-level security, and incremental refresh.




- Perform report performance tuning and ensure data accuracy and visualization standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an Agile setting.
- Support metadata management, security, and enterprise data governance initiatives.

Essential Skills:

- 7+ years of Power BI development experience.
- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query (M), data modeling, datasets, dataflows, and row-level security.
- Experience with incremental refresh, performance tuning, and data pipeline development.
- 8+ years of SAP BusinessObjects experience including Web Intelligence (WebI) and Analysis for Office.
- Strong understanding of SAP BW on HANA architecture including ADSOs, Composite Providers, BEx Queries, InfoObjects, and InfoProviders.
- Hands-on experience connecting SAP BW data to Power BI using native connectors.
- Proficiency in SQL and enterprise semantic data models.
- Knowledge of SAP business processes in at least two areas: O2C, P2P, R2R, Manufacturing, or Inventory.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience with SAP BW/4HANA.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Semantic Models, and Direct Lake.
- Experience with Azure Data Services including ADLS, ADF, and Synapse.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA SQL for troubleshooting and data validation.
- Understanding of SAP Analysis Authorizations and BI security frameworks.
