Telesales Executive – Job Responsibilities
- Make Daily Outbound Calls – Make a minimum of 80 calls per day to generate business enquiries for construction, interior, commercial projects and other company services.
- Generate Positive Leads – Generate a minimum of 5 genuine positive/interested leads per day from calling and follow-up activities.
- Lead Qualification – Understand and record the customer's requirement, location, project size, budget and expected start date to identify qualified prospects.
- Follow-up with Leads – Regularly follow up with current and existing leads through phone calls and WhatsApp until the lead is converted, rejected or becomes inactive.
- Schedule Site Visits & Meetings – Coordinate and schedule site visits, office meetings and client discussions with qualified customers.
- CRM & Lead Management – Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM, including call status, requirements, remarks, follow-up dates and lead status.




- Coordinate with Sales & Technical Team – Transfer qualified leads to the Sales/Technical Team and provide complete customer information for further action.
- Customer Communication – Communicate professionally with customers, explain company services and provide approved company information while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Daily Reporting & Performance Tracking – Submit daily reports covering calls made, connected calls, positive leads, qualified leads, follow-ups and meetings/site visits scheduled.
- Achieve Monthly Business Targets – Work towards achieving the company's monthly targets for lead generation, qualified leads, site visits and sales conversion, while maintaining proper follow-up and customer service.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
