About MMW Corps

MMW Corps India Pvt. Ltd. is a Dehradun-based healthcare recruitment and M&A; advisory firm with 12+ years of domain expertise and a verified network of 1.20 Lakh+ doctors across India. We're now scaling Skrilz — India's Healthcare OS, a 5-module SaaS platform (Jobs, Digital Clinic, Community, Classroom, E-Library) heading toward public launch in December 2026.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on CTO to own the technology backbone of Skrilz — from architecture to AI integration to team-building — as we scale toward Series A.

What You'll Own

— End-to-end tech strategy and execution for the Skrilz platform

— Architecture decisions across web, mobile, backend, and AI/ML integrations

— Building and mentoring the engineering team from the ground up

— Platform scalability, security, and infra readiness

— Technical due diligence readiness ahead of Series A

What We're Looking For





— 5+ years in software engineering, with proven experience leading a team or owning a product end-to-end

— Proven experience scaling SaaS products (healthtech or fintech background preferred)

— Strong grasp of applied AI/ML in production systems

— Startup DNA — equally comfortable writing code and setting strategy

— Based in Dehradun or open to relocating
