Role Description
The Final Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting comprehensive pre-delivery inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company and OEM quality standards. This full-time, on-site role, based in Bengaluru East, involves checking mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic aspects of vehicles,



verifying repair and service work, and documenting inspection findings accurately. The role includes coordinating with service advisors, technicians, and workshop leadership to address non-conformities and ensure timely resolution. The Final Quality Inspector also supports continuous improvement of workshop processes, adheres strictly to safety and compliance guidelines, and contributes to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through quality assurance.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong automotive technical skills, including knowledge of vehicle systems, diagnostic processes, and OEM standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in quality inspection, defect identification, root-cause observation, and adherence to quality checklists and SOPs.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, report writing, and basic computer proficiency for using workshop management or DMS software.
