Position: Injection Blow Moulding Operator

Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor Injection Blow Moulding (IBM) machines as per production requirements.
- Set and monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, cycle time, and cooling.
- Load raw materials and ensure proper material flow during production.
- Monitor moulding quality and identify defects such as flash, short moulding, leakage, bubbles, black spots, and deformation.
- Perform basic machine start-up, shutdown, and changeover activities.
- Ensure moulds and machine components are clean and properly maintained.
- Carry out basic troubleshooting for machine and process-related issues and report major breakdowns to the Maintenance team.
- Maintain production output as per the daily production plan and minimize rejection and material wastage.




- Conduct visual inspection and ensure products meet specified quality standards.
- Maintain production, rejection, and machine parameter records.
- Follow 5S, PPE, safety procedures, and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Production teams for smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Education: ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th Pass.
- Experience: 13 years of experience in Injection Blow Moulding or Plastic Moulding operations preferred.
- Knowledge of plastic raw materials and moulding processes.
- Ability to identify and rectify basic moulding defects.
- Basic understanding of machine parameters and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and achieve production targets.
