We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic OJT trainees to join our F&B; Production team. The trainee will receive practical exposure to hotel kitchen operations, food preparation, hygiene standards, kitchen safety, and skilled food production practices under the guidance of experienced chefs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs and kitchen staff in daily food preparation and production.
- Learn and follow standard recipes and food preparation procedures.
- Assist with cutting, cleaning, peeling, portioning, and other basic preparation activities.
- Support the preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner, buffet, and other food service requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow proper food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards.
- Learn proper handling and storage of food items and kitchen equipment.
- Assist in maintaining mise en place for assigned sections.
- Support chefs during buffet and banquet food preparation.
- Ensure kitchen tools and equipment are cleaned and stored properly after use.




- Minimize food wastage and follow proper waste-disposal procedures.
- Follow instructions given by the Chef/Supervisor.
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform standards.
- Follow hotel policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety procedures.
- Participate actively in training and learn different kitchen sections and operations.
