Growth Manager – Construction King

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience: 5–10 Years
Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business, Growth or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and implement GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for new products and markets.
- Lead growth marketing and performance marketing initiatives.
- Identify current business opportunities through market and competitor analysis.
- Use AI and automation tools to improve business processes and marketing efficiency.
- Track key growth metrics, analyze performance and provide actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI for business performance tracking.




- Leverage n8n and automation tools to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product and leadership teams to achieve growth targets.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
