Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for
elevators, escalators, and modernization projects
in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with
builders, developers, contractors, architects, consultants, and corporate clients
.
- Identify potential projects and customers through market visits,



networking, references, and market research.
- Handle the complete sales cycle, from
lead generation and enquiry management to negotiation and order closure
.
- Prepare and submit
techno-commercial quotations
and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
- Follow up on enquiries, proposals, tenders, and pending orders to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with
Design, Projects, Service, Commercial, and other internal departments
for smooth order execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely communication with customers.
- Follow up on
payment collections
and support the commercial team in resolving customer-related issues.
- Maintain an updated customer/project database and prepare regular
sales reports and MIS
.
- Monitor
competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and new business opportunities
