Role Overview

The Marketing Head will lead the institution’s overall marketing strategy and brand

development initiatives, driving student admissions, brand visibility, and institutional

growth across various marketing channels.

The role requires expertise in strategic marketing, branding, campaign planning, market

outreach, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, combined with the ability to

coordinate marketing initiatives that support the institution’s long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about education marketing, brand growth,

innovation, and building impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen AIMER Business





School’s presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Brand Development

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with

institutional goals.

• Strengthen the AIMER Business School brand across online and offline

marketing channels.

• Identify market opportunities, competitor positioning, and audience insights to

drive growth.

• Plan institutional marketing campaigns and ensure consistency in brand

communication across all initiatives.

Admissions and Growth Support

• Collaborate closely with the Admissions and Corporate Relations teams to

support student recruitment initiatives.• Develop outreach and engagement strategies that contribute to admissions

growth.

• Plan and support seminars, webinars, education fairs, school and college

outreach programs, and institutional events.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness, lead quality, and enroll
