We are hiring Customer Service Executives for a premium eyewear brand. The role involves assisting customers through voice and chat channels, resolving queries, providing product and order-related support, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

*Key Responsibilities*
- Handle customer queries through voice and chat support.
- Assist customers with product, order, delivery, returns, exchanges, and general service-related queries.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain a high standard of customer experience and service quality.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.




- Maintain accurate communication and documentation across customer interactions.
- Work comfortably in a blended process involving both calls and chat.

*Candidate Requirements*
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable handling customer conversations over calls and chat.
- Good typing speed and comfortable working on a computer.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational weekly off.
- Candidates must be comfortable commuting to Gurgaon on their own.

- Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM and 12:00 AM.

- No cab/transportation facility is provided. Candidates will be responsible for their own commute.
