- Develop and execute Instagram/Reels content strategy.
- Create creative, engaging and informative Reel ideas around immigration, study abroad and GreenTree’s brand.
- Must feature in Reels and be comfortable appearing on camera.
- Write hooks, scripts, captions and CTAs.
- Research trending topics, sounds, formats and competitor content.
- Plan and coordinate Reel shoots with the editing/design team.
- Create content that drives reach, engagement, followers and enquiries.
- Track Reel performance and improve content based on analytics.
- Maintain GreenTree’s premium, professional and trustworthy brand image.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and brand promotions.

Preferred Skills:
- Robust Instagram/Reels knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative and confident on camera.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience behaviour.
- 1–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
