Hiring: Semi-Voice & International Voice Process

Position: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through voice calls and semi-voice channels.
- Assist customers with banking/telecom-related issues and provide accurate resolutions.
- Handle account, payment, transaction, billing, service and general customer queries.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow process guidelines, security procedures and quality standards.
- Achieve performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, Quality and Productivity.
- Identify suitable opportunities for upselling and cross-selling wherever applicable.

- Graduates / Undergraduates can apply.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent English communication skills required.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
