We are looking for a skilled professional with hands-on experience in folder gluer machine setup, operation, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing. The role will also involve customer support and travel to customer locations across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate folder gluer machines independently.
- Run different types of cartons, including:
- Duplex & Corrugated Side-pasting cartons
- Duplex & Corrugated Lock-bottom cartons
- Catch-cover cartons
- Other customised carton designs
- Understand different carton designs and adjust machine settings accordingly.
- Troubleshoot machine and production issues and ensure smooth operation.
- Maintain production quality and minimise machine downtime.
- Carry out basic maintenance, servicing and repairs of folder gluer machines.
- Manage and coordinate spares, service and repair requirements for machines installed at customer locations.
- Travel across India for machine installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting and customer support.
- Communicate with customers regarding machine operation,



production requirements and technical issues.
- Work closely with the owner and technical team to understand and execute new carton requirements.
- Assist with basic sales and marketing activities, customer visits and identifying potential business opportunities.

Requirements
- Hands-on experience with folder gluer machines is required.
- Strong practical knowledge of folder gluer machine setup and operation.
- Experience with different carton types and folding/gluing applications.
- Valuable mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to independently set up a machine for different carton specifications.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for assigned work.
- Experience in machine installation, commissioning or after-sales service will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
