Job Description

Ronak Industries is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive – Fresher to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating current enquiries, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our office furniture and seating solutions, and converting enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Contact corporate offices, BPOs, banks, interior designers and other potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable office chairs and furniture.
- Share product catalogues, quotations and product details with customers.
- Regularly follow up with leads and enquiries.
- Arrange customer meetings and site visits when required.
- Assist in negotiation and order closing.
- Maintain customer and lead records.




- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Provide proper follow-up after order confirmation.

Requirements
- 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email and MS Excel.
- Marathi and Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Interest in sales and business development.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹20,000 + Performance Incentives

Salary will depend on skills, interview performance and experience.
