Boomify Media is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Business Development Manager to lead our sales team and drive new business growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role. The candidate will be responsible for generating and closing their own sales, while also managing, guiding, training, and monitoring our Sales Executives.

We are looking for someone who is confident in client acquisition, understands B2B sales, can build robust client relationships, and has the leadership skills to turn a sales team into a high-performing revenue-generating team.

Job Role-
- 3+ years of experience in sales/business development in Digital Marketing.
- At least 1 year of experience managing or leading a sales team is preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and client acquisition experience.
- Proven ability to independently close deals.




- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated by results.
- Comfortable with cold calling, meetings, follow-ups, and networking.
- Experience selling Digital Marketing, Advertising, IT, Website, Google/Meta ads, SaaS or other B2B Digital services.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of client work.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
