Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented
Franchise Manager
to manage and develop franchise relationships for
Bachpan Play School
. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise partners, supporting the franchise onboarding process, maintaining strong relationships with existing franchisees, and ensuring smooth coordination between franchise partners and the Head Office.

The ideal candidate should have strong
business development, relationship management, negotiation, communication, and franchise operations
skills and be comfortable with extensive travel.

Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Development
- Identify and generate new
franchise business opportunities
across assigned territories.
- Handle franchise leads received through various channels and convert qualified prospects into franchise partners.




- Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective franchise owners.
- Explain the
Bachpan Play School franchise model
, investment requirements, support systems, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective franchise partners and maintain the sales pipeline.
- Negotiate and close franchise deals as per company policies and guidelines.

Franchise Onboarding & Support
- Coordinate the complete franchise onboarding process from initial discussion to opening.
- Coordinate with
Academics, Operations, Marketing, Training, Accounts, and other departments
for franchise requirements.
- Ensure franchisees receive the required guidance and support during the setup and launch process.
- Track the progress of new franchise projects and ensure timely completion of key activities.
- Support franchisees in understanding company processes, systems, branding guidelines, and operational standards.
