Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Software Engineer to drive the technical execution and

delivery of our core engineering team. This role is designed for a polyglot engineer who thrives

on building resilient, distributed systems and enjoys the challenge of hands-on technical

mentorship.

Working directly with the Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the development

lifecycle, focusing on unblocking the team, ensuring high engineering standards, and

overseeing the delivery of complex technical tasks. You will own the technical health of the

sprint, ensuring that the team’s output is performant, scalable, and delivered on time.

Core Responsibilities

• Technical Mentorship & Unblocking:
Act as the primary technical guide for the engineering

squad, working closely with the VP to resolve complex bottlenecks, conduct rigorous code

reviews, and mentor developers through intricate implementation challenges.

• Delivery & Execution Oversight:




Translate architectural designs into executable tasks and

manage the engineering roadmap in alignment with the VP's vision, ensuring the team

maintains high velocity and ships robust, scalable, and high-quality code.

Technical Requirements

3-5 years of experience in backend development
with a focus on core product engineering and

technical leadership.

• Polyglot Proficiency:
Mastery in at least two of the following: Golang, Node.js, or Python. You

must be highly adaptable and capable of guiding the team across multiple languages as

required by the system.

• Distributed Systems Mastery: D
eep experience in developing and scaling distributed systems,

with a thorough understanding of concurrency, consistency models, and high-availability

patterns.
