Description:
- Edit studio-shot videos into engaging Meta ads, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media creatives
- Create high-quality graphics, banners, and promotional creatives using Canva and editing tools
- Design and schedule social media posts in advance based on content calendars
- Suggest creative reel concepts, hooks, captions, and storytelling ideas independently
- Understand products properly including fabric, embroidery, print, fit, styling, and occasion before creating content
- Create creatives for website banners, email campaigns, and seasonal sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaign planning and content execution
- Analyze what type of content performs better and contribute ideas for improvement
- Maintain consistency in branding, visual quality, and content tone

Preferred Skills
- Strong command of Canva and basic video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Positive understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends
- Creative eye for design, typography, color combinations, and visual composition




- Basic understanding of Meta ad creatives and short-form content
- Ability to think independently and contribute content ideas proactively
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Photography/videography skills are a plus
- Prior internship/project experience in fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands is preferred
