The Senior Manager HR builds and runs the people function for a fast-growing organization culture, policies, engagement, performance management, and talent while acting as a trusted business partner to the Promoter/Founder and senior leaders.

Role : Senior Manager - HR

Reporting To : Promoter/Founder.

Candidate should be good in handling below HR skills.

HR Operations, HR Business Policies, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement

Preferred candidate profile

MBA (HR) graduate with minimum 812 years in HR, with meaningful experience as a generalist/business partner in a fast-growing organization, ideally with a large frontline/blue-collar workforce.
- Proven ability to build culture, policy, and process in a scaling,



sometimes unstructured environment.
- Robust performance-management design and execution experience, with genuine adoption, not just paperwork.
- Solid grounding in labour law, compliance, and HR operations across diverse employee categories.
- Demonstrated ability to advise and influence founders/senior leaders as a trusted, candid partner.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all levels of the organization.
