Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Identify potential customers through LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, networking, and industry events.

Generate qualified leads through outbound sales activities.

Research target companies and key decision-makers.

Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Acquisition

Reach out to prospective customers through multiple channels.

Schedule and conduct discovery meetings.

Understand client business challenges and requirements.

Identify opportunities where the company's services can add value.

Sales Process





Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients.

Coordinate with technical teams to develop appropriate solutions.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.

Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle.

Negotiate commercial terms and contracts.

Close business deals and achieve sales targets.

Account Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to delivery while maintaining customer satisfaction.

CRM & Reporting

Update lead and opportunity status regularly in the CRM.

Track meetings, proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.

Prepare and submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

Market Research

Monitor industry trends and market developments.

Analyze competitor offerings and strategies.
