Role Description
As a Wedding Decor Intern, you will support the decor team in planning, organizing, and executing wedding setups at on-site venues in New Delhi. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with theme conceptualization, preparing mood boards, selecting and arranging decor elements, coordinating with vendors for flowers, lighting, and props, and helping with venue layout and setup on event days. You will also help with inventory management, basic budgeting support,



and documentation of decor plans and event outcomes. This is an on-site internship role, offering practical, hands-on experience in wedding decor and event management, with guidance from senior team members.

Qualifications
- Ability to conceptualize visual themes, work with color palettes, and maintain a strong sense of aesthetics for event decor.
- Strong organizational skills, including time management, task prioritization, and attention to detail in fast-paced event environments.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and clients in a professional manner.
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to respond to last-minute changes and on-site requirements.
- Physical readiness to participate in on-site setup, including moving decor items and working extended hours around event schedules.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for mood boar
