Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the smooth functioning of the school’s accounts department.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Handle daily accounting entries, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
- Manage fee collection records and reconciliation.
- Prepare invoices, bills, statements, and payment records.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor banking transactions.
- Maintain records of expenses, purchases, and vendor payments.
- Assist in salary and payroll-related accounting activities.
- Prepare reports and statements as required by management.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist with audits and statutory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, staff, and other departments regarding financial matters.




- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent qualification.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and taxation.
- Prior experience in a school or educational institution will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
