The role follows a hybrid international sales model:

1. 1. United States (6 Months)
- Extensive travel across the U.S. market.
- Focus on business development, customer acquisition, relationship management, and market expansion.

- Based at the One BKC office in Mumbai.
- Working in the night shift (U.S. business hours).
- Handling inside sales, customer followups, account management, and coordination with U.S.-based clients and partners.

ABOUT THE ROLE READ THIS PART CAREFULLY

Grown Diamond Corporation (GDC) is seeking an ambitious and driven sales professional to help expand our presence across the United States.

This is not a desk job, and it is not a pure travel job. It is two demanding roles in one person, alternating through the year:

6 months a year, you're on the U.S. road flying between states, walking into independent jewelry retailers, presenting GDC's lab-grown diamond jewelry in person,



and closing B2B orders.

6 months a year, you're in Mumbai on U.S. business hours an evening-to-early- morning shift (IST) servicing those same accounts: reorders, follow-ups, current-collection pushes, and keeping every relationship warm until your next trip.

The customer who meets you in their store deals with your voice year-round. That continuity is the job. If the night-shift half sounds like a dealbreaker, this role isn't the right fit and that's okay.
