ABOUT THE ROLE

Della is looking for a transformational and highly accomplished Chief Marketing Officer to lead the entire Marketing function of the Della Group.

This is not a traditional marketing role.

We are looking for a business-minded Marketing Leader, Brand Builder and Growth Catalyst who can take Della's marketing function to an entirely new level and establish Della as one of India's most aspirational and recognised luxury brands.

The CMO will own the Group's overall marketing strategy across businesses, brands, projects, customer segments and markets.

The successful candidate should have the ability to "take the Marketing domain by storm" bringing fresh thinking, powerful campaigns, exceptional brand storytelling, digital excellence, strong customer understanding and measurable commercial impact.
