Role Description
The Call Agent role at BME Bharat is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to inquiries about platform features and services, and provide accurate information to users. The Call Agent will assist in resolving issues, documenting interactions, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining call logs, following communication scripts and guidelines,



and ensuring a positive and qualified experience for all callers. The Call Agent will also support outreach campaigns, collect feedback from users, and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer support processes.

Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear articulation skills when interacting with callers.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy in documenting call details.
- Customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
- Comfort with basic computer operations, CRM or call center software, and standard office productivity tools.
- Valuable command of English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, adhere to scheduled shifts, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
