Key Responsibilities **
- Create monthly digital marketing strategies and campaign calendars.
- Develop Meta/Facebook/Instagram lead-generation and conversion campaigns.
- Plan and manage Google Search and relevant remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct audience research, keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Develop campaign structures, budgets, targeting, creative testing and optimization plans.
- Coordinate with designers/content team for ad creatives, reels, landing pages and campaign assets.
- Set up and monitor pixels, conversion events, UTM tracking and basic analytics.
- Monitor CPL, qualified-lead rate, appointment rate, conversion rate and campaign ROI.
- Manage social media calendars, captions, content themes, engagement and basic community management.
- Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports with insights and next actions.
- Identify underperforming campaigns and take corrective action quickly.
- Maintain campaign documentation, account access records and reporting dashboards.
- Stay updated with Meta, Google and digital marketing platform changes.





Required Qualifications & Skills **
- 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
- Strong practical experience in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Understanding of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.
- Lead generation and performance marketing experience.
- Working knowledge of Canva and basic copywriting.
- Good Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.
- Ability to understand business numbers, not only social-media vanity metrics.
- Healthcare marketing experience is a strong advantage.
- Valuable written English; Gujarati/Hindi helpful.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
