We are looking for a
Senior Key Accounts & Partnerships Manager
to drive growth across Neulife’s B2B ecosystem — including gyms, fitness chains, nutrition retailers, studios, coaches and strategic offline partners.

This is not just an account management role. You will
own key relationships, grow existing business, open new partnerships and help shape Neulife’s B2B expansion strategy.

What You’ll Own
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B and strategic accounts
- Build long-term relationships with founders, owners, buyers and decision-makers
- Identify and onboard high-potential partners across markets
- Own revenue growth, repeat business and account-level performance
- Negotiate commercials, partnerships,



margins and engagement models
- Build structured account plans to improve sell-through and partner profitability
- Identify opportunities for deeper partnerships with gyms, fitness chains, retailers and industry networks
- Work closely with marketing and operations on activations, product launches, sampling and partner programs
- Maintain a solid sales pipeline, forecast revenue and provide clear business updates to leadership
- Represent Neulife at relevant trade, fitness and industry forums

What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience
in B2B sales, key account management, partnerships or business development
- Experience in
nutrition, fitness, wellness, FMCG, consumer health, pharma or adjacent categories
preferred
- Proven ability to manage and grow revenue-bearing accounts
- Strong commercial thinking, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Comfortable opening doors, building senior relationships and closin
