Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields (Completed or Final Year).

Training Framework:




Willingness to undergo a structured 2 to 3-month evaluation & training program (duration determined by your academic background: 2 months for HR/Management grads, up to 3 months for non-HR grads) to build core recruitment skills before unlocking paid stipend milestones.

Core Skills:
Strong spoken and written English, foundational talent acquisition awareness, confident telephonic screening ability, and high self-discipline for a target-driven remote workplace.

Software & Tools:
Working proficiency in LinkedIn (Verified Account required) and Google Sheets / MS Excel.

Schedule & Shift:
100% availability for fixed corporate shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
Weekly off is fixed on Sunday.
Zero hourly flexibility.

Logistics & Equipment:
Must own a working
laptop, high-speed home internet with power backup,
complete a
1-time identity KYC
check prior to onboarding, and set up a separate
professional work email ID on your own for candidate outreach
