Blanket Hotel & Spa, Munnar is looking for a friendly, professional, and guest-focused Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Front Office to join our Front Office team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and information about hotel facilities and services.
- Handle guest calls, messages, and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B;, Engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper documentation.
- Assist with room allocation and coordinate room status updates.
- Handle cash and card transactions as per hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel facilities,



services, and applicable packages to guests.
- Maintain high standards of grooming, communication, and guest service.
- Follow hotel SOPs, policies, and Front Office standards.

Requirements
- Previous experience in Front Office in a hotel or resort is preferred.
- Freshers with a passion for hospitality are welcome to apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Good customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to work versatile shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Well-groomed and professionally presented.

Education
- Plus Two / Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
