About the Role

We are an established Industrial Distributor expanding our presence across the regional precision machining and manufacturing sector. We are looking for a technically sound, results-driven Sales & Application Engineer to drive business development for two complementary, high-demand product lines:
- Premium Global CNC Cutting Tools: High-performance indexable milling, turning, hole-making, and solid carbide tooling from a leading European premium brand.
- Industrial Metalworking Fluids: High-performance neat oils, water-soluble cutting coolants, and grinding fluids engineered for precision machining operations.

This dual-product profile offers a unique advantage:



every machine shop using CNC tooling relies heavily on high-grade coolants and grinding fluids, allowing you to maximize account value and client retention.

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and win accounts across general engineering, automotive component manufacturing, die & mould, aerospace, and heavy machinery sectors.
- In office Technical Demonstrations & Trials: Conduct tool trials (milling, turning, drilling) and coolant/lubricant trials on customer shop floors to demonstrate cost-per-component reduction and tool life extension.
- Solution-Based Consultative Selling: Analyze customer machining setups, recommend optimal tool geometries, cutting parameters, and fluid dilution levels to solve shop-floor machining challenges.
- Key Account Management: Maintain routine visit cycles with existing key clients, manage technical troubleshooting (coolant sumps, insert wear), and ensure timely payment recovery.
