Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years in banking, NBFC, fintech, lending, or financial services marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute
customer acquisition and lead-generation campaigns
for the Company's loan products.
- Manage and support marketing activities across
digital and offline channels
.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure timely follow-up and effective conversion of marketing-generated leads.
- Coordinate with external
marketing agencies, digital partners, and vendors
for campaign execution.
- Monitor
campaign performance, lead volume, lead quality, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
.
- Identify suitable customer segments and support targeted marketing initiatives.
- Maintain marketing data and prepare regular
campaign and lead-generation MIS
for management review.




- Analyse campaign results and recommend improvements to increase lead quality and marketing ROI.
- Ensure all marketing communication is accurate and aligned with the Company's approved products, policies, and brand standards.

Required Skills
- Experience in
customer acquisition, lead generation, and campaign execution
.
- Understanding of
digital marketing and offline marketing channels
.
- Valuable communication, analytical, vendor-management, and coordination skills.
- Ability to track campaign performance, lead quality, conversion, and acquisition costs.
- Working knowledge of
MS Office, CRM, and basic marketing tools
.
- Target-oriented with a data-driven approach to marketing.
- Preferred:
Candidates with experience in
financial product marketing, digital lending, customer segmentation, and lead-generation campaigns
in an NBFC, bank, or fintech.
