Key Responsibilities

The Head Supply Chain Management will be responsible for leading and overseeing the entire Supply Chain function by ensuring that all departments—including Purchase, Planning, Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and Dispatch—perform efficiently and achieve organizational goals.

This is a leadership role focused on planning, monitoring, coordination, decision-making, problem-solving, and delivering business results. The role is accountable for ensuring timely execution, cost optimization, uninterrupted operations, and cross-functional coordination rather than handling day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Supply Chain function to achieve business objectives.

• Ensure all Supply Chain departments complete their assigned work accurately and within defined timelines.

• Monitor and review the performance of Purchase, Planning, Warehouse, Inventory, Logistics, and Dispatch teams through regular meetings and performance reviews.





• Ensure uninterrupted availability of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished goods.

• Drive coordination between Sales, Production, CRM, Finance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to eliminate delays and operational bottlenecks.

• Review inventory levels and ensure optimum stock availability while minimizing excess, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.

• Ensure procurement strategies support cost reduction, quality improvement, and timely material availability.

• Monitor vendor performance and ensure continuous improvement in delivery, quality, pricing, and service.

• Ensure logistics operations achieve on-time customer deliveries with optimum transportation costs.

• Identify operational risks, resolve critical issues proactively, and ensure business continuity.

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

• Develop departmental KPIs, review team performance, and build a high-performance cultur
