As an FDE, you’ll sit at the intersection of
customers, product, and engineering

, deploying
AI agents (voice + chat)

into mission-critical enterprise workflows. You’ll work hands-on with customers to design, integrate, and scale AI agents that deliver measurable business outcomes — and then feed those real-world learnings straight back into the product roadmap.

What You’ll DoCustomer Problem Discovery
- Partner closely with strategic customers to deeply understand workflows, constraints, and pain points
- Identify high-leverage AI agent use cases across
support, sales, operations, and automation
- Turn vague business problems into
explicit, solvable technical and AI system designs

Agent Design & Deployment
- Design and deploy
end-to-end AI agent systems

across voice and chat
- Craft and iterate on
prompts, tools, memory, state, routing, guardrails, and fallbacks
- Debug AI behavior in production — from hallucinations to latency to edge cases
- Ensure agents are
reliable, safe, observable, and scalable
