nThis is a trusted, hands-on role at the centre of the studio and the Founder's day-to-day.
nYou will keep operations, accounts, and admin running smoothly, act as the bridge between the Founder and the team, and take genuine ownership of the Founder's work and personal schedule.
nThe role suits someone organised, discreet, and proactive who enjoys keeping people, tasks, and time well managed.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support – Founder's Officen
n
Manage the Founder's calendar, appointments, and daily schedule, keeping work and personal commitments alignedn
Monitor and respond to emails on the Founder's behalf and flag what needs attentionn
Act as the single point of contact between the Founder and the team,



so day-to-day follow-ups do not need the Founder's direct involvementn
Coordinate meetings, reminders, and follow-ups from start to finishn

Operations & Team Coordinationn

Keep daily studio operations running smoothlyn
Follow up with the Social Media, Editing, and Design teams on their daily task sheets and client statusn
Track basic attendance and ensure routine team updates are in placen

Accounts & Vendor Managementn
n
Prepare monthly client invoices, share them with clients, and follow up on paymentsn
Share invoices with the CA team and coordinate tax filing and related compliancen
Make vendor payments as required through the banking appn
Update invoices on client and vendor portals where requiredn
Maintain records of company expenses and any incoming rentn

HR & Adminn
n
Support hiring coordination and onboarding as neededn
Manage payroll and employe
