Finova Capital is looking for energetic, target-driven professionals to join our team as Relationship Officers. In this role, you will drive sales, expand our customer base in the secured loans segment, and manage end-to-end loan processing while building strong local client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Lead Generation: Actively generate leads through field networking, local market activities, direct sourcing, and customer referrals.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly business sales targets for secured loans.
- Process Management: Oversee the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring proper documentation, seamless coordination, and timely disbursal.
- Relationship Building:



Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Compliance & Collections: Ensure strict adherence to company compliance guidelines, risk policies, and assist in timely loan collections.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 0–4 years of experience in secured loan sales (LAP, Home Loans, etc.).
- Freshers: Motivated freshers possessing strong local market knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation ability, and a self-motivated, target-oriented mindset.
