Job Role: Relationship Manager

- Manage and develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.

- Generate leads through field activities, customer references, and market visits.

- Promote and sell insurance and other BFSI products.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.

- Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and policy processing.

- Participate in office and field-based sales activities.

- Maintain consistent performance and contribute to overall business growth.

Candidate Eligibility

- Qualification: Graduate; passing certificate is mandatory.

- Experience: 1 year of experience in Insurance / BFSI Sales.

- Age: 24–39 years.

- Two-Wheeler: Mandatory.

- PAN Card: Mandatory.





- Candidates must have stable employment history.

- Candidates with significant career gaps or stability issues are not eligible.

- Valid documents are required for experienced candidates.

- Fixed In-Hand Salary: ₹21,500 (₹25,000 CTC) to ₹35,000 (₹37,000 CTC), depending on experience and valid documents.
