ART Climate Finance (India) Private Ltd is a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) focused on financing climate-positive small & medium enterprises supporting clean energy, sustainable manufacturing, and climate-resilient businesses. Ticket size of loans ranges from 50.0 Lakh to 2.0 Crore.

Role Objective :

Originate, evaluate, and manage SME lending relationships (50L2.0 Cr), with a focus on growth and climate-related investments.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Business Development

- Source SME lending opportunities across industrial clusters and clean-tech ecosystems
- Build referral channels (CAs, DSAs, industry networks)

1. Relationship Management

- Engage with SME promoters and CXOs
- Understand business models, financials, and funding needs

1. Credit Assessment

- Analyze financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flows)

• Prepare credit notes and initial deal assessments
1. Deal Execution

- Structure loans aligned to cash flows and asset life





• Coordinate with internal teams to drive sanction to disbursement 5. Portfolio Monitoring
- Track repayments and portfolio performance, progress, repayments and compliance
- Identify early warning signals

1. Ideal Candidate

- 4 to 10 years in SME / business banking or NBFC lending

• Experience with 25.0 L5.0 Cr ticket sizes
- Robust SME and CA / Financial Advisor network
- Financial statement analysis skills
- Experience in sectors such as solar, electric mobility and clean-tech is preferred
- Understanding of cashflow-based lending is desirable
- MBA, CA, CFA, or equivalent
