We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Executive / Senior Executive ST-LAP Sales to join our growing sales team.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, sourcing and converting Loan Against Property (LAP) leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads through direct sourcing, referrals, and market visits.
- Source and process ST-LAP / Loan Against Property business.
- Identify potential customers and understand their financial requirements.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to disbursement.
- Maintain good relationships with customers and business partners.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Conduct regular field visits and market activities.
- Coordinate with credit, operations,



and other internal teams for smooth processing.
- Ensure proper collection of customer documents and KYC requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

- Executive: 1-3 years of experience in sales / financial services.
- Senior Executive: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with ST-LAP / LAP sales experience will be preferred.
- Experience in NBFC, Housing Finance, Banking, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales and customer-handling ability.
- Should be target-oriented and willing to travel within the assigned location.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Local candidates are preferred.
