As a Relationship Manager (FOS), you’ll handle leads, understand customer requirements, conduct site visits and drive sales from enquiry to closure.

Freshers are welcome | Relevant real estate experience preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Connect with prospective customers, understand their property requirements and qualify leads.
- Present and recommend suitable residential & commercial projects based on customer requirements.
- Manage leads, follow-ups and customer interactions through CRM.
- Coordinate with builders/developers and stay updated on project details, pricing and inventory.
- Conduct and accompany customers on property/site visits.




- Build strong relationships with clients and guide them throughout the sales process.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in converting qualified leads into successful sales.

QUALIFICATION

- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- 1-2 years of experience in real estate channel partner Preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Two or four wheeler Mandatory for site visits
