Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with landlords and tenants. The role involves onboarding new property owners, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth tenant sourcing, rent collection, and issue resolution.

The Relationship

Manager will handle regular communication with clients, address queries and concerns, and provide timely updates on property status and rental performance. This position includes tracking service quality, following up on maintenance and legal support requests, and ensuring a transparent, hassle-free experience for all stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports, and contributing feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term partnerships.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages, with explicit, professional presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic understanding of property management, rental processes, and documentation; prior experience in real estate, hospitality, or financial services is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and other digital platforms for tracking interactions, maintaining records, and preparing reports.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset and negotiation skills to resolve tenant and landlord issues effectively and maintain service standards.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred; relevant professional certifications in sales or customer relationship management are a plus.
