We are a leading Polymer Compounding company based in Ghaziabad, UP, supplying specialty compounds to the automotive industry. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive OEM and Tier-1 business development across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales for automotive OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers
- Achieve monthly & annual revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities for TPO, TPE and specialty automotive compounds
- Coordinate with R&D; and production teams for product approvals and trials
- Handle techno-commercial negotiations and contract finalization
- Maintain solid relationships with purchase, quality, and technical teams at customer end
- Monitor receivables and ensure timely collections
