Role Description The Bid Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for managing the end-to-end bid and tender process for prospective and existing clients. This position involves identifying relevant opportunities, coordinating bid timelines, and ensuring compliance with client and internal requirements.



The Bid Specialist will prepare and structure bid documents, develop persuasive proposals, and collaborate with technical and sales teams to gather accurate information. Daily tasks include analyzing tender specifications, organizing supporting documentation, tracking bid status, and maintaining an organized repository of bid materials. The role also requires explicit communication with stakeholders, adherence to deadlines, and continuous improvement of bid content and processes to enhance win rates.
