Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end Finance & Accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, invoicing, reconciliations, taxation, MIS reporting, and month-end/year-end closing activities.

Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Manage end-to-end customer billing and collections.
Generate and validate customer invoices as per contracts/POs.
Monitor outstanding receivables and ageing reports.
Follow up with customers for overdue payments.
Perform customer ledger reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
Prepare collection forecasts and cash-flow inputs.
Accounts Payable (AP)
Manage vendor invoice processing and payment cycles.
Verify invoices against PO, GRN/service confirmation and supporting documents.
Ensure accurate vendor accounting and timely payments.




Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor vendor ageing and payment schedules.
GST & Taxation
Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and other applicable returns.
Ensure proper GST classification, input tax credit reconciliation and compliance.
Coordinate GST reconciliations between books and GST portals.
Handle GST notices, assessments and queries with consultants/tax authorities.
Ensure timely TDS deductions, payments, reconciliations and return filings.
Support preparation and issuance of TDS certificates/Form 16A as applicable.
Invoicing & Revenue Accounting
Oversee monthly/periodic invoicing and revenue recognition.
Ensure invoices are accurate, compliant and raised within agreed timelines.
Track credit notes, debit notes and invoice corrections.
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams for billing r
