We support organisations through specialist advisory, due diligence and monitoring, managed services, and technology-enabled solutions.

As we expand our presence across APAC, we are looking for a senior professional to help grow our business, develop strategic client relationships and lead selected advisory and client engagements across the region.

The Role The Regional Director – APAC will play a senior role across client growth, advisory and delivery, working closely with Selianz leadership to develop the firm's presence across the region.

The role will span the full client lifecycle — from identifying opportunities and developing senior relationships through to shaping solutions, closing engagements and overseeing successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and grow Selianz's business and client relationships across APAC.
- Identify, originate and progress new client opportunities.
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
- Lead client discussions, proposals, pitches and commercial negotiations through to closure.
- Understand client challenges and shape relevant TPRM and supply chain risk solutions.
- Provide senior advisory and consulting support to clients.
- Lead or oversee selected client engagements and ensure high-quality delivery.




- Act as a senior relationship owner for key APAC clients and identify opportunities to expand those relationships.
- Work with Selianz specialists and delivery teams to mobilise and execute engagements.
- Represent Selianz externally and contribute to the firm's broader APAC growth strategy.

Experience & Profile We are looking for a senior professional with extensive experience across consulting, risk management, client development and professional services.

Ideally, you will bring:

- Significant experience in third-party risk, supply chain risk, risk advisory or related areas.
- Strong consulting and client advisory experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing and closing new business.
- Experience managing senior client relationships and complex engagements.
- Strong professional networks across India and/or the wider APAC region.
- Ability to move comfortably between commercial discussions, senior advisory and delivery oversight.
- Strong commercial judgement and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication, influencing and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel across APAC as required for client and business needs.
